Diane Sauce with Buttery Leek

A rich, robust and creamy Diane sauce, best described as heavenly. Sautéed buttery leeks and beautiful chunky garlic, finished with a velvety Worcestershire reduction. This is the Diane sauce for steak you've been looking for, mouth-watering, moreish and the finishing touch that makes a simple dinner feel restaurant-worthy. 270ml (4 serves).
