SHIPPING POLICY

Our Shipping Policy includes free shipping for all items priced over $150, excluding certain products designated as Click + Collect only. For orders below AUD $150, there will be a flat shipping fee of $14.95, or $19.95 for Express Service. Currently, selected items such as Art, Furniture, Lighting, and other bulky products can only be purchased through Click + Collect or by requesting a shipping quote via shop@sundaymerchant.com.au.

We offer a Click + Collect option from our store in Mt Lofty, Toowoomba. Simply follow the provided instructions and provide your details during the checkout process. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection, which usually takes less than an hour. You can collect your order from our store located at 21 Bridge Street, Mt Lofty, Toowoomba during our regular trading hours.

While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels online, mistakes can happen. All shipments are subject to availability. Standard orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped within two business days. Express Orders placed before 9am will be processed and shipped on the same day. We make every effort to minimise shipping costs by reusing boxes and packaging whenever possible, even though they might not always look the prettiest. However, rest assured that the contents will be well taken care of.

Parcels are delivered through either Australia Post or a courier service, and upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for your shipment. To ensure convenience, all packages are sent with an "Authority to Leave" instruction, guaranteeing that a suitable location will be identified in case you are unavailable to receive the delivery.

Please note that all shipping is at the customer's risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels or packages damaged during transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are based in Toowoomba, a regional town in Australia and are delighted to send our beautiful products worldwide. Please contact us for a personalised quote, and kindly be aware that any additional duties and/or import taxes applicable in your country will be your responsibility.
