Online and In Store Returns Policy
We want you to be confident in your online purchase with Sunday Merchant, and we understand that online shopping can be tricky at times. Should you not be 100% happy with your purchases, at all times we will be as flexible as we can, but will be guided by our returns and refund policy.
We will happily exchange or offer store credit for change of mind. We do not offer a refund for change of mind. For a full refund, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. Items returned outside of the 7 day window are not eligible for a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@sundaymerchant.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at shop@sundaymerchant.com.au.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. On the off chance you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us at shop@sundaymerchant.com.au.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will not be processed in-store.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged; Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), earrings, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (lipstick, nail polish, beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
