This mix can be super versatile. Bake a traditional loaf, add in some chocolate chips or blueberries, or shape it into muffins. Go bananas! All you need to do is whip together and bake whatever your belly desires.
Makes 1 Loaf. Each loaf makes 8 thick, cafe-style slices.

- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup (60g) oil
- 2-3 (1 cup) bananas, mashed
