Green Peppercorn + Brandy Sauce

If you have been searching for a pepper sauce that tastes like the one at your favourite steakhouse, this is it. A luxurious creamy peppercorn sauce that takes the classic and makes it unforgettable.

French green peppercorns lead the way, soft and aromatic rather than sharp, building into a smooth, warming peppercorn flavour with sweet shallots and a gentle note of barrel aged brandy rounding it out. It is rich, creamy and beautifully balanced, the kind of pepper sauce you will want to pour over everything.

Just heat and pour, not even any need to add salt. We have tasted every batch so you do not have to. Perfect over a good eye fillet or scotch, and just as lovely with chicken, pork or roasted vegetables.

How to use: Warm gently in a small pot on the stove, or in the microwave, then pour. As it is cream based, take it slowly and do not let it boil hard.

Best before: Unopened, keep to the best before date on the base of the jar. Once opened, use within 7 days, or freeze and defrost in the fridge, then warm through gently.

All natural, gluten free and made in the Hunter Valley. 270ml, around 4 serves.
