Cinque Terre

Cinque Terre had been on my wish list ever since my early 20s when I was a travel agent.

My family and I loved all the villages with the beautiful pastel houses clinging to steep cliffs above the sparkling blue sea. We were also lucky enough to view this stunning part of the world from a boat as we spent the afternoon swimming in the Ligurian Sea. Remind me to tell you about our train ride home that night (spoiler alert - never count on the last train)!
