My only time in Florence or Firenze was on a Contiki tour when I was 21, suffice to say my recall is not that sharp!

If I did go back, I would stroll the cobblestone streets and take in all the history and culture of this beautiful city. They say the food is to die for - think fresh pasta, gelato, and those mouthwatering Tuscan wines.
